Workshop Supervisor
Operations RoleWe are seeking a Workshop Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, effective staff management, safety compliance, and the maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Acting as a vital link between operations and the workshop, the supervisor ensures efficiency, accountability, and adherence to organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3-4 years of experience in workshop supervision or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Valid driving license
Experience in American/European vehicles (added advantage)

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
