Relevant qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
Strong knowledge of Mozambique labor laws (5+ years)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English and Portuguese (added advantage)
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
Proven experience of 3 years in SHEQ field
Strong understanding of occupational health & safety, risk assessments, incidents investigation, environmental compliance and quality management
Ability to develop policies, coordinate audits and lead investigations
Excellent communication and training ability
Relevant professional certifications (added advantage)
